The advantages are not limit to\nsmall volume, low power consumption, easy operation and high degree of\nautomaticity. The machine is composed of feeding assembly, laminating assembly,\ncutting assembly, automatic collecting assembly and electrical control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Independent\nservo control has been adopted for the feeding assembly so as to ensure stable\nand accurate sheet conveyance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Laminating\nassembly heating roller is a mirror polish one. It is internally two-layer\nstructured and inter-layer is filled with organic heat conduction material\nwhich helps the warm-up roller achieve quick rise in temperature, uniform and\nconstant in surface temperature and good in temperature supplement; Electric\noil pressure pump is adopted as its mode of pressure closing which features\nlarge pressure and automatic pressure supplement so as to ensure pressure at a\nconstant level; This assembly features 20-second automatic pressure disjointing\nfunction, that is, rubber roller will automatically separating from warm-up\nroller after 20-minute shut down given a uninterrupted power so as to avoid\ndamages on pressure rubber roller when it forgotten to be shut off by the\noperator.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Pneumatic popup cutting is adopted for the cutting\nassembly and it features stable cut, simple adjustment which has greatly\nimproved the production efficiency and saved labor force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Pneumatic sheet\nflyer delivery is adopted for the collecting assembly so as to ensure the\nsheets well stacked after the cutting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.
